We are betting the farm that we can make money with a proactive approach to web design & development.
We believe in it, and we believe in ourselves.
Are we crazy?
In this session, John and I will share our 8-year voyage from a standard, fix-it-and-forget-it web development team, to one that proactively fixes problems and engages in business conversations with our customers.
Over the years, we have gone from embracing tradition to pulling a 180 and saying, "Oh my gosh! We've been doing this all wrong."
It's been a joyous journey at times, but it has also been wrought with challenges - people and process.
The scariest and most intriguing part of all this is - we don't know if enough customers will see the value in what we are doing in time.
So, we are on a race against the clock to try and sell this new approach to existing and new customers.
Come to this session, and help us to either develop our pitch or tell us that there is no way in hell that we can make a living with this approach.
We need your feedback.
This will be an interactive session, and your ideas and thoughts are critical.
The fate of the web services world hangs in the balance!
Thanks in advance for your participation in this session!
