Come answer all your burning technical questions about what the heck are these DogeCoin and CatCoin things, how they work, and what they do by doing a CopyCatCoin hackathon.
We'll select an internet meme, clone the Catcoin/codecoin source repository, and start hacking.
Will it function? Probably.
Will anyone buy it? Who knows, this whole cryptocurrency/altcoin/magik internet money game is based on some really interesting math, and a lot of pump & dump scammers and snakeoil salescritters.
We're going to focus on the code and what you need to know to hack out a cheap ripoff of a cheap ripoff of a cheap ripoff of Bitcoin, and then it's up to you to generate a community that wants to use these digital tokens as money.
Either way, expect lots of cat pictures and bat internet meme jokes.
All levels, from gawkers to alpha-plus C++ wizards, because the code does do anything by itself, it needs some flash and buzz to become a real usable currency.
