Access to design/tech education is equal for men and women, yet the outcome -- design/tech employment -- isn't equal. Why is this? Would what life be like if it was? Is it a matter of discouragement or lack of interest? Does awareness (or lack there of) have anything to do with this? Does any of this matter? Should it?
